2010 is the year to be in Germany as the Passion Play comes to Oberammergau, and Oktoberfest celebrates its 200th anniversary in Munich. Ludus Tours is offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience both, which will have you watching a spectacular musical production and clinking steins with friends at Oktoberfest all in the same trip. Due to the high demand for Passion Play tickets (which are limited!) the package is a bit more complicated than our stand-alone Oktoberfest tours. 1. September 15th-20th, 2010 (Wednesday-Monday)
2. September 17th-22nd, 2010 (Friday-Wednesday)
3. September 22nd-27th, 2010 (Wednesday-Monday)
4. September 24th-29th, 2010 (Friday-Wednesday)
5. September 29th-October 4th, 2010 (Wednesday-Monday)
All packages are 5 nights with 2 nights in Oberammergau (or nearby village) and 3 nights in Munich. Passion Play performances always fall on a Tuesday or Thursday.
Package Levels, Tickets and Accommodations:
Gold: 4-star hotel with Category 1A tickets to the Passion Play (see chart), €1895 per person
Silver: 3-star hotel with Category 1 tickets to the Passion Play, €1795 per person
Bronze: 3-star hotel with Category 2 tickets to the Passion Play , €1695 per person
All package prices are based on double occupancy and are subject to availibilty. Please write for single supplement quotes. All packages include:
• Airport/hotel and Munich/Oberammergau transfers
• Accommodations with daily buffet breakfast
• Free entrance to the Oberammergau Museum
• An Oberammergau Welcome Dinner as well as lunch the next day

Okay, I know which dates and level I want - now what?
Due to its high demand, reserving a spot at the Passion Play is trickier than our stand-alone Oktoberfest packages. To book your spot, you must first fill out our Reservations Request Form and fax it back to 512-233-0891. Once the request is received, we will send you a credit card authorization form for a 50% (non-refundable) deposit.
How do I know that my spot has been secured?
We will notify you immediately once we have secured your spot. Only in the event that none of your package options are available will your deposit be refunded.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
To reserve your spot, 50% is due on booking. 25% of the remaining is due upon confirmation of your slot, and the remainder by June 1, 2010. All payments are non-refundable. The only exception is if none of your requested Passion Play slots are available. Transfers can be made on an individual basis. Fees may apply.
