EACH OKTOBERFEST TOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- 3-4 Star Hotel Accommodations within walking distance to the Oktoberfest ground.
- Private Transfer upon arrival and departure: to/from the Munich
Airport or Munich Main Train Station to/from your hotel in Central Munich
- 1 Beer Tent Reservation (Your reservation will be between 2-6 hours depending on the tent and space that we could obtain; it includes 2 beers and a plate—usually a ½ chicken, including tax and gratuity.)
- Full-Day Excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle (includes transportation, castle entry plus guided tour)
- Bike Tour of Munich (4 hours long with a stop at a beer garden; lunch, beer or snacks are extra)
- Welcome to Munich Bavarian Dinner (A hearty Bavarian meal with 2 beers, tax and gratuity)
- Ludus Guide Assistance throughout your stay in Munich
- A cool Ludus T-shirt and an Oktoberfest keepsake

- Airfare
- The liter beers that you choose to drink/any extras that you choose to consume at the Fest (i.e. souvenirs, beers, pretzels, snacks and Bratwurst from the food stands, etc.). Please note that this is NOT an ALL-YOU-CAN-DRINK tour!
- “ Babysitting” (our guides are available to assist you and to show you a good time, but they not there to walk/carry you home and spend every moment of free time with you)
- Any extras you order in your hotel room (additional services, room service, etc.)
- Any meals outside the ones included in our packages
- Gratuity for the beers that you order at the Fest (a 75 Euro Cent Tip is expected per 1-liter-beer upon paying the bill to a waitress at the Fest)
- Additional transportation and taxis
- Lunch at the beer garden that we visit during the Castle Tour Day-Trip and during the Munich Bike Tour
- Entry fee to Visits to any Museums or Sights in Munich (there's usually not enough time to do it all though!)
